Dear Jack,
I just wanted
to drop you a line to thank you for your great customer service! The
Pirates pinball arrived on Tuesday and I was surprised how quickly it got
here. I won't be opening it until Christmas day but everything seems to be
in good order, just a few dents in the cardboard, I'm sure they're packed
well.
I must say
that I'm quite impressed after reading your website and the fact that you
are directly available for any questions even putting your personal cell
phone number on there is extraordinary.
Anyway, it's
been a great experience and I'll pass the word about how great
PinballSales.com has been.

You are a wiz! My new Pirates of the Caribbean Pinball machine is so much
fun I can't believe it! I have been in NYC all day at a meeting I had
scheduled beforehand and just got home. But I managed to play an hour
before I left and it is a blast! The set up was great and your guys were
great and it has caused me to walk around all day with a smile on my
face!!!!! So, I am sorry about the delay in answering and the brevity of

December 23, 2006 Dear Jack, My "Pirates of the Caribbean" pinball purchase has been the smoothest experience I have ever had with online purchasing. I received my machine within 1 week of my order; the delivery process was done in a courteous and professional manner. The person making the delivery brought the machine into our designated location and helped with the set up. I had a few questions after set up, which were quickly answered by email within 48 hours by Steve within the support department of your company. To others thinking of buying a pinball machine; don't waste your time looking around, Jack has the best price and truly delivers on what he promises. During my due diligence, I called the Stern Company, and questioned them about Pinball Sales; they were very complimentary. Shopping truly doesn't get any better than this; especially when you are thinking of spending thousands of dollars; if you are going to buy a pinball machine, put your mind at ease and buy from Jack.
