You may return most items sold by Pinballsales.com within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You must call us at (800) 473-5225 or e mail us at Service@Pinballsales.com and receive a Return Material Authorization RMA Number prior to any return.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any Item sold as a Special Order Item, not usually stocked by us, imported items or special ordered for our customer.
• Any item that is placed for Commercial Use on a Commercial Location - Example, games in a pizzeria, etc.
• Any item that has been found to have been returned because of improper installation, negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, rust of any kind, repairs by persons other than our authorized service personnel, fire, theft, acts of Nature, improper electrical connections.

In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, original packing materials and shipping carton.
• Freight, delivery and handling charges are not refundable.

Returning a gift? The Online Returns Center allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Just indicate the item is a gift at the time of return, and we'll send a gift certificate for the amount of the returned items to the e-mail address you enter on the online form.
