Many companies make claims like "We have been in business since....1940" or something similar.....

When a company makes that claim, often times the people working at the company have been in that business just a few years and are not owners or responsible for making final decisions.

Jack started repairing electro-mechanical pinball machines in 1975 and he's been involved in every phase of the commercial coin-op game business since then. He operated a game route, developed amusement centers (Fuzzy's Family Fun Factory) and later managed a commercial distributorship from March 1997 to May of 1999. PinballSales.com was founded by Jack Guarnieri in 1999 to sell these commercial games to the home market. He also revived the much-loved game of Shuffle Alley in 2003 (see www.ShuffleAlley.com) Some commercial distributors laughed at Jack for changing directions and going into the home market......now they're all trying to play catch-up!

Shipping

We ship using ground transportation in the lower 48 states. A typical pinball machine boxed on a pallet weighs 324 pounds.

Through certain carriers we are able to include liftgate delivery included in the price. Most freight companies charge a bit extra for residential delivery. We have some great discounts and we pass that along to our customers.....OR.....We can arrange delivery and setup anywhere in the world...REALLY!
