pinball was flawless. Your delivery people are simply the best courteous,
professional and simply a joy to have in my home. In these times we live in
it’s becoming harder to find reputable people who deliver what they promise and
exceed customer expectations. Your company does exactly that with easy. Once
again you and your company have exceeded my expectations. I would like to wish

It is amazing how many times the delivery is the worst part of the transaction. It fit easily, after all my worry! I (we) are having lots of fun playing the games. They really bring back memories! Michael Blaziski Key Property Group LLC Jack: I wanted to send you an overdue thank you for the time you spent with me, first on the phone and then in person, to help me select the “right” game for our family. You always answered your phone and when you weren’t able to speak immediately, never failed to call me back promptly. I asked a lot of questions and you never seemed annoyed or bothered, rather happy to help me make a decision whether or not to buy a pinball machine, and if so, which one. How many salespeople would say, “We sell everything people want, but nothing they need?” I appreciated your time and honesty in dealing with me. As for the delivery, it was completed on time without any problems. Steve and Larry delivered the pinball machine exactly when you said they would and were very careful with it as well as our house. They were both very professional and certainly shared your enthusiasm for your business. They made certain the machine was working correctly and after giving me some instruction, moved it to a room that I was able to lock so I was able to hide it until Christmas morning. The pinball machine was a GREAT Christmas gift that has already received a tremendous amount of use. Our children were very excited and said it was the best gift they had ever received. As I told you at the time, I had a pinball machine growing up (Bow & Arrow) and still enjoy playing it when I visit my parents as it brings back great memories. Now my son beats my brother and keeps the score on my parents’ refrigerator (with my encouragement). I have no doubt our family will get the same enjoyment with our pinball machine. Again, thank you for everything from the first call through the delivery. I will definitely recommend you to our friends and will be back myself for other games. Take care. your help and advice during our decision to buy a new pinball machine for our
home. Your openness to all my “million” questions and caring that we make
a well informed decision was apparent. You certainly understood that I
was not a technician and I had many doubts that I would be able to maintain a
pinball machine of my own. The time you spent with me over the phone and
the numerous email messages you sent put my mind at ease over time and thanks
to you I am happily the proud owner of a shinny new Stern Lord of the
Rings. Your honesty, expertise and love for the business came out in
every conversation we had and every message you wrote. I felt that you
treated us like a “home user”, knowing that to us it was a major purchase and
probably a once in a lifetime purchase that you wanted us to be satisfied and
happy with. I didn’t feel at all like I was just another “sale”.
The in-home delivery was flawless. The delivery men were kind, considerate
and very respectful of our home and the machine they were delivering. I
am still amazed on how they turned that tight corner and made it down the
basement steps without a bump or a nick on themselves (thankfully), the walls
or the machine. Steve spent plenty of time with me going over the basics
and walked me through all the important service menus and adjustments.
Within minutes, the machine was up, running and adjusted to my liking.
After the men had left, I tenderly played a few games and noticed the left VUK
was not operating properly and probably needed an adjustment from
shipping. I called Steve in the truck who was already on his way to
another service call and he gladly, and without question, turned the truck
around, came back to my home, and fixed the problem. What service, what
more could you want. Within the 9 months or so it took me to make my
decision, I learned so much about pinball machines and I know that I made the
right choice in the game I choose and the place I decided to buy from.
Since the game is new I don’t anticipate any problems but to the extent there
are any now or in the future, I know you and the gang at Pinballsales.com will
be there for us. Jack, thanks again for everything. Your certainly one of a

sight of the Monopoly pinball machine Christmas morning. Your machine came super quick to Dayton, and we "hid" the box in plain sight in the garage for the next 4 weeks by covering the box with brown paper and explaining it was a yet to be installed water softener! A Christmas morning treasure hunt through the house led Eric to the
box in the garage with a bow on top. With my husband and brother-in-law, the box was carefully maneuvered into the house, (in the rain), then opened and during few tense moments, "slid" down the stairs to the basement. It was up and running by about 5pm Christmas afternoon, and has been played everyday since, especially by my son and husband...I like it a lot, too! Your quick service, answered questions and delivery were well past
our expectations. We'll send you a few pictures of it all fully assembled when we get a chance. Thanks again! Wanda Krebs Dayton, OH From: "Alan Mote" I thought I was the only one crazy enough to work late everyday

also thought I was the only one left that did everything possible to ship an

Dear Jack: the pinball machine came today and it looks fantastic.
