When we sell a new item, the factory warranty applies. We offer Extended Limited Warranties on selected items within the factory Warranty term. Used games carry a 30 Day Limited Parts Warranty. Ask for specific warranty information on the items you are interested in. Labor is not part of any Warranty although we are reasonable when deciding if a charge is applicable.

Our overall goal is to make our customers happy. We continue to provide free technical support by phone for all items purchased and usually that solves about 90% of the problems. We answer e mail and phone calls on nights and weekends too!

Customers ask us about trade-ins. We love trades and have no boundaries, we won't say that we will guarantee a 50% buy-back within 5 years....maybe your game will be worth more than 50% or close to what we sold it to you for! What's a 50% buy-back worth toward the purchase of another overpriced game?

 In fact we recently took a trade of an Austin Powers Pinball machine for the SAME price we sold it for almost a year earlier toward the purchase of a new Simpsons Pinball machine!

Many other companies will not repair a game they did not sell. If you call them they will tell you that they can't "be married" to your game.  If they fix one thing today another thing may break tomorrow....Baloney....If you look at the game when making repairs and open your eyes and look at possible future problems, it's called Preventative Maintenance. That should be part of any service call.

We do repairs on games not purchased from us. After all, if you made a mistake and now have a problem, why should you be further punished? We'll give you a complete estimate before the repairs are made and we'll go through the game with you and explain it's condition, problem and possible solutions. 

OH...what happened to that game they would not fix? Well....they'll be good enough to "take it off your hands" on a trade for almost no value.....after all it does not work.....and they need to pick it up from you.....and then what happens to the game......they fix it and sell it to someone else at a fat profit! NICE. We treat you as we would expect to be treated!
